The Notifications feature allows you to track important updates across your workspace from a single place.
Accessible via the bell icon on the Home page, it provides a centralized view of all recent activity related to insights and team actions.

From this panel, you can:

View all notifications in one place
Filter between All notifications and Unread
See key updates such as assignments, comments, status changes, and system actions
Quickly identify who made the change and when it occurred

To view notifications:

Click the bell icon on the Home page
Browse or filter your notifications using the available tabs
Use Mark all as read to clear reviewed updates

This helps you stay up to date with ongoing changes, ensuring you never miss important insight activity or collaboration updates.

Notification Preferences

You can fully control how and when you receive notifications. To access your settings, click on your profile icon at the bottom left of the page and select Preferences, then navigate to Notifications.

Within this section, you can configure your notification channels and choose whether to receive updates in-app or via email.

Notification channels

App notifications – Receive real-time updates directly in the Dawnguard application.
Email notifications – Receive notifications via email.

Insight workflow notifications
You can also decide which types of activity you want to be notified about:

Assignment updates – Get notified about new insight assignments and unassignments.
Treatment changes – Stay informed when insight treatments are updated.
Status changes – Receive alerts when the status of an insight changes.
Comments – Be notified when new comments are added to insights.

Insight reports

Weekly insight summary email – Receive a weekly summary of new insights directly in your inbox.

This flexibility allows you to stay informed in a way that fits your workflow, while avoiding unnecessary noise.
